The latest forecasts from the India Meteorological Department indicate that the intense heat will persist across North and North-West India, including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, and Gujarat. Meanwhile, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and all northeastern states may experience light to moderate rain over the next seven days.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), areas including Goa, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Lakshadweep, and Vidarbha may also receive light to moderate rain over the next seven days. This change in weather conditions is attributed to the formation of two cyclonic circulations.
