She mentioned being familiar with his work from “96” and highlighted the unique and tender moments between him and Trisha that had stayed with her.
According to Katrina, Sriram Raghavan’s decision to cast Vijay in Merry Christmas was intriguing, and she found the idea exciting. She emphasized that while some perceive their pairing as unusual, to her, it feels like two actors coming together for a distinctive story.
