As per the special bulletin issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), eastern, central, and peninsular India are expected to experience a new spell of thunderstorms along with rainfall, accompanied by gusty winds and hail starting from April 6th.

However, the IMD mentioned that Odisha is expected to experience a drop in temperature in the following two days due to rainfall predicted on April 7 and 8.
