There is some good news for the people of North India troubled by the scorching heat. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has made several predictions regarding the monsoon’s arrival in Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, indicating that relief from the intense heat is on the way.
According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon has reached the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It is expected to enter Kerala on May 31 or June 1. Based on its current speed, the monsoon is projected to reach Uttar Pradesh via Gorakhpur or Varanasi between June 18 and 20. The first monsoon rains in Lucknow are anticipated between June 23 and 25.
